The evergreen forest breeze refreshing my soul
Driving back to the city with a heart full of blessings
Contemplating the best way to share my experience with friends
After 365, the best season is the rainy one for me
The earth Being washed for a new start
Trees sprouts more leaves clearing the atmosphere with the healthy air to breath in
Symbols of fresh starts with most plants, and trees to gift us the best fruits of nature
A beautiful sunrise every morning, a beginning of better days to follow
Feel the warmth of the sun as it kisses my face, wishing I could have stayed longer for the holidays
That was the best, will surely miss my Mother,
But I’m grateful for the smile I got on, will surely call and thank Dad for passing on to me this unshakable Hope
Send my sisters and brothers all the pics I took without them noticing when they were arguing

The evergreen forest breeze refreshing my mind
Taking pictures with strangers on the way back from the holidays
Sharing a smile, ’cause it’s sufficient
Buying fruits for friends along the road
Just to trade with their experience with their families back home
Planning for the game nights
So we can share the games we played as kids
Share the new blessings, that been bestowed upon us
Stay up late just to watch the movies and tell each other about the village experience

The evergreen forest breeze reminding me to visit home soon again
Not just on holidays
Telling me to remember my roots
And I might have left home but that spot is still empty when I’m gone
And wherever I go, I pray they have a spot for me
To be among, to exist and to live is all I can,
But to share and to love unconditionally and to bless without expectations is limitless
